Returns & Exchanges Policy

At DET Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help!

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund on your product. We do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you accidentally order the wrong item, you can return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct one. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with all parts included and in the original packaging. If any parts are missing or the item is incomplete, a refund will not be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Clearance items: Please note that items marked as 'Clearance' are not eligible for return. These products will be clearly labeled on our website with a note in the product description stating that they are part of our clearance selection. This does not include regular sale items. 

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at detdesignofficial@gmail.com or use our online contact form to request a return. 

  2. Return Shipping: Once we confirm your return, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back. You will be responsible for paying return shipping and associated fees unless the item is damaged. 

  3. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at detdesignofficial@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
